About the Department

The department o Urdu established in the Indian Universities imparting education at the graduate and post graduate level with advanced research facilities in 2004. The department of Urdu M.G. Kashi Vidyapith is making sincere efforts to get the studies of the department well equipped with the latest and uptodate curriculum.

Objectives of the Department  
1. To Provide knowledge in Urdu Language and Literature at the Level of B.A.
2. To Provide knowledge in Urdu Language and Literature at the Level of M.A.
3. To Provide knowledge in Urdu Language and Literature at the Level of Research.
